How does Trendy Cottage source and check its products?
We source every product directly from its maker or weaver. We inspect each piece before listing. Product pages describe the details of each item.
Is your jewellery real gold?
No. We do not sell solid-gold jewellery. Products described as gold-plated are gold-plated; the materials for fancy jewellery are stated on each product page.
How long does Trendy Cottage take to ship orders, and where does it deliver?
Trendy Cottage dispatches ready-to-ship items within 48 hours of your order. Customised pre-order jewellery takes at least 1 week to dispatch. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. We currently deliver only within India.
What is your return policy?
If your item is damaged or defective, email support@trendycottage.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach an unboxing video that clearly shows the problem. We will then send you a return authorisation (RMA) number. To qualify, the item must be new and unused with all tags attached. Post it back within 2 days of the date you received it, quoting the RMA number on the parcel. Return policy
